Managed production of high volume, fast turnaround social media campaigns for entertainment clients; across film, tv, theatre, and publishing in the UK, LA, and NYC.
Senior producer on medium builds including microsites, quizzes, games, competitions, email campaigns, GIF generators, and photo uploader apps from scoping to final deployment. Created monthly social media campaign concepts and calendars for CBS Drama and CBS Reality TV channels based on customer insights and upcoming releases. Developed a contact list of valued freelancers and web developers to help with busier periods.
People management and development of a team of designers, developers, and a video editor. Researched and helped to implement a new accounts and production system (TrafficLIVE) across the company to consolidate job and budget information.
Created an in-house incentive for designers and developers to develop new products to increase their knowledge, help increase teamwork and motivation, and provide new products to sell into our clients. This has huge potential to grow in the future to include partners, ways of using new tech, and keeping ahead of our competitors.
