Hello! My name is Julia. I’m 22 years old and currently living in Dublin, Ireland.
I did my Leaving Certificate in 2018 and graduated from Stratford College, Rathgar, Dublin 6. I’m bilingual - fluent in Portuguese and English.
I’ve been working in Finance for 2.5 years as an Underwriter and Customer Service Agent. I’m interested in Digital - Social Media Marketing and Management, which I’m actually studying at the moment!
I’m also developing some skills in content creation, so as you can tell I love learning new things. In fact I’m definitely the type of person that will deem my day as a success if I have learned at least 3 new facts or gained any new knowledge!!!

My role involves underwriting loan applications. I’m an accounts manager and I have a case list of my own customers I look after everyday! My tasks includes:
- Discussing customer’s credit files and financial situation.
- Setting up payment dates and signing direct debits.
- Gathering and reviewing relevant documents eg: Bank statements, CCR files, IDs, Payslips, etc.
- Re-assessing customers finances and setting up payment plans.
- Discussing accounts that have fallen into arrears.
- Providing Mental Health support to customers when needed.
- Keeping on top of email and text correspondences.
- Focusing on our company’s values and delivering a great customer experience.
