Next100 Summer ScholarThe Century Foundation

I worked as a summer researcher for Next100, a start-up think tank under the Century Foundation. I worked directly with Executive and Associate Directors of Next100 to design programming for the incoming set of Next100 policy fellows. I also conducted original policy research on diversity and equity programs in K-12 education and wrote a policy commentary on the Next100 website.

I worked in the African American Studies Department at Princeton University. I wrote longform essays related to race and politics for department website. Additionally, I wrote department newsletters publicizing faculty, student, and alumni accomplishments and events for a combined audience of 4,000 people. I also helped manage the department website, including posting articles featuring faculty, students, and upcoming events.
