I’m a multi-disciplinary graphic designer, currently working in a mid-weight role at publisher Immediate Media Co. Working across both print and digital, I am responsible for finding creative and engaging solutions for commercial campaigns across Immediate’s titles. My work has been featured in The Radio Times, Lonely Planet, Top Gear and Good Food, amongst others, across both print and digital platforms. I am responsible for overseeing the charity's grant programme, which entails managing the b-annual application process and interviews. Additionally I am responsible for managing the charity's communications, which includes website content, bi-annual magazine, PR and social media. I manage the activity of several external consultants including PR and magazine producers. Additionally I am responsible for the organisation's HR, whereby I oversee employment interviews and contractual agreements, as well as address any HR-related issues that may arise within the team.
I was responsible for fundraising from trusts and foundations, as well as corporate streams. I played in integral role in raising over £300K for the charity, which benefited over 40 beneficiaries. Additionally I was responsible for managing the charity's involvement at many events, including a project for the 2013 Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace.
My internship entailed supporting the Art Toronto and One of a Kind Show & Sale teams with production of the two large-scale fairs. Duties included copywriting, editing, marketing, curation, exhibitor relations and logistics.
