My ID: As a visual director for video and photo productions, my responsibilities encompass every stage of the process, from conception to final delivery. This includes developing concepts and ideas, producing, directing, and overseeing post-production work, such as editing and supervision. Throughout each project, I maintain close communication with clients, ensuring that their vision is realized and that the final product meets their expectations. This involves creating mood boards, shot lists, scripts, styling decks, and model decks, working closely with the strategy team to achieve a 360-degree marketing outcome. In addition to creative direction, I also manage the logistics of each production, negotiating with model agencies, local fixers, external production houses, rental houses, makeup artists, gaffers, and other vendors as needed. On set, I direct photographers, videographers, DOPs, and talent, including models, influencers, athletes, actors, singers, and celebrities. I supervise all crew members, define hair and makeup looks, approving stylist suggestions, and overseeing the production schedule. In post-production, I continue to oversee the process, supervising editors, retouchers, motion, sound, and GFX designers, or personally handling editing duties. Ultimately, I work with producers and design leads to manage the final output and ensure that the client's expectations are met.
