I was a key member of the production and project team for this fast-growing small business. We aim to create and sell bespoke crafty products through our own website and notonthehighstreet.com, and obviously make our customers happy! // Contribute to the entire process of making personalised gifts, cards and stationery. The production involve Photoshop, printers foil and mug machines, hand making assembling and packing. // Optimizing bespoke orders and deliver high quality customer service: dealing with enquiries, managing the dispatch and delivery processes, assisting with stock control // Project and business development: marketing and finance assistance, production process improvement and quality control, office interior design and product range creation.
I assisted and managed daily stores operations. This includes various managerial and organisational skills from field to executive level. As part of five member team, we had to focus on achieving targets. // Write weekly reports regarding key performance indicators: street and store footfall, targets, store conversion, units per transaction, collection’s performance… Compare actual figures to previous weeks and year statistics.
