Recently start-up associate in West London, I have 7 years international working experience. I was a key member of the production and project team for this fast-growing small business. We aim to create and sell bespoke crafty products through our own website and notonthehighstreet.com, and obviously make our customers happy! // Contribute to the entire process of making personalised gifts, cards and stationery. The production involve Photoshop, printers foil and mug machines, hand making assembling and packing. // Optimizing bespoke orders and deliver high quality customer service: dealing with enquiries, managing the dispatch and delivery processes, assisting with stock control // Project and business development: marketing and finance assistance, production process improvement and quality control, office interior design and product range creation.
I assisted and managed daily stores operations. This includes various managerial and organisational skills from field to executive level. As part of five member team, we had to focus on achieving targets. // Write weekly reports regarding key performance indicators: street and store footfall, targets, store conversion, units per transaction, collection’s performance… Compare actual figures to previous weeks and year statistics. Using internal records and retail software Stores 2. // Build displays, set up windows and showcasing products regarding the group visual merchandising guideline. Adapt merchandising instructions to operational stores aspects: best sellers, collections, stocks, space, circulation, displays // Apply group marketing strategy using operational tools such as displays, showcards, promotions, loyalty program, sales // Sale team management: delegate, train, motivate, manage by example. // Stock management: take in deliveries, maintain stock room, cover product returns and warranty. // International customer sales assistance: adapt sales techniques to different customers’ profiles, product awareness, deal with requests and complains. // Store opening, closing and daily running, including financial operations.
I ran a caricature and hand painted parasol stand. Team management, time optimization and artistic performance were my key skills during this year. // Daily stand management: insure opening and closing, fill in daily reports including financial information, dispatch tasks by managing team and schedule orders. // Products bespoke design and painting for displays: focus on production time and best sellers drawings. // Daily stand set up and display personal hand painted parasols. // Weekly stock management: request orders and take in deliveries.
