Projects
- Afzal ElectronicsThis was a branding project I'd recently completed for a client, they wanted a logo that had the A as it's own fpr an icon. After offering 3 different visual concepts the client chose this one. This was also a great chance for me to play around with and distort different typefaces, helping to create something unique for the client. The shop sign is a mockup I sent in order to show how it might look.
- Meat ShopIn my town there are so many butchers, with so many mismatched signs and names that don't even fit the shop front! This urged me to create something clean and balanced for the butchers round the corner, although their shop isn't called 'Meat Shop' I think it should, and I think it's logo should look like this! Mockups created to give it a sense of reality!
- Hiking and Outdoors ShopWith this self initiated branding project I was eager to explore some more retail branding and after visiting the peak district, what's more perfect than an outdoors shop! Using gridding and hierarchy to create a balanced and aesthetically pleasing logo, ready to entice adventurers! And as always, mockups created to show what it will look like in the real world.
- Bake ShopAnother self initiated project where I wanted to explore bakeries! Living in such a small town there's plenty of small businesses, mostly family owned and often food shops or restaurants. I wanted to try my hand at creating a logo that would fit in with the other mock logos I've created. Including mockups to show what it would look like in the real world!
- Fish and Chip ShopAfter moving to St Anne's I've seen countless fish and chip shops around, and been left unimpressed and uninspired by the logos and branding I've seen from them. I wanted to imagine what I'd create if I had my own fish and chip shop, I'd want it to be fun and friendly, so I came up with this! Using mockups to show what it would like like in the real world.

Since leaving university (and before attending), I've always had a clear vision of being a graphic designer. I've taken the time, since completing my degree, honing in my skills in design, by working for personal clients creating illustrations and logos mostly.
Over the past few months I've worked for clients in Australia, America and in the UK, creating logos and marketing material for companies overseas. Having had the ability and opportunity to work for clients in different countries, this has given me a widened knowledge of different design requirements and styles of different types of client and their businesses.
Although branding and marketing have been the main focus of my work, I've also had the pleasure of working on some self initiated projects where I've acquired many new skills on the Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, which has become my firm favourite of the programmes.
Working for clients in a professional capacity has taught me many lessons about my own design techniques, as well as business techniques.
