About me
Hello. This is Juri.
Solid structure, meet nimble delivery of visual phrasing. Looking forward. A decade in visual grafting under the belt - inspired and driven by the need to make issues clear. From jams with fellow creatives in music, food, fashion and fine arts, to showing off information and bespoke print wares. Just finished a Middlesex BA, to top up my Printer degree. Start up guy - partner at anglorussian.co.uk and a London luxury brand. Newcomer in the CM21 region.
The rest is future.
Projects
- Anglo–Russian culture clubAnglo–Russian culture club. We provide an arc of culture beyond the cliche. Bringing people together, giving talent a stage, presenting eminent Eastern creatives to London. Starting as a collabo of my mum and me, our 'inner circle' now has journalists, translators, actors and other friends to help set the stage. I do the print and web, video edits and sound mastering, interpret, shake hands, pour drinks, improvise business and legal aspects. In collaboration with other cultural institutions of London and elsewhere, we have organised lectures and staged concerts, screened movies and launched books. What began as a living room session is starting into next year with new sponsors, more venues, and an open door to the world.

Ranges of engagement from one-off graphics, leaflets and microsites, to developing well-rounded systems for brand and marketing. Includes work in Quark, Freehand, GIMP, Fireworks, 3DStudio, video cut, sound sequencing VBS and webcode, crafting items and displays, customer rapport and presentations. A bit of IT upkeep and security thrown in for good measure.
Since after uni - working on a range of culture-related visuals, stage props to mailchimp, leaflets to promo videos. Catching up on some amusing loose threads in marketing, code and good old craft. Nothing too small or big enough not to try.
