Nevertheless, I am responding to all messages on social media as well as researching for possible influencers. I also identified the importance of inbound marketing and I believe that good quality content is the new way to engage the customer. To enhance my learnings from JMSB, I created Tasty Gains project where I was a Creative Director and one of my key responsibilities was to optimize customer journey and gain traffic to our website.
