Managing the creative for four large cosmetic brands; Leighton Denny, James Read, Joan Collins, Nailoid and various medical products including Skin Solutions. I design and develop product brand identity whilst utilising my creative thinking, to help develop and implement short and long-term visual/product strategies that enhance our brand’s success and growth. I manage our internal and external stakeholders’ creative needs, helping to develop relationships with them and further our brands’ equity. Our markets are vast with extensive overseas reach. I create designs and collateral in multiple languages; including Russian, French, Italian and German.
As part of my remit as the Head of Creative I conceptualise and design artwork for packaging, brochures, booklets, banners, posters, OOH's, video, television, digital display banners, social media, product design and our websites. Brand consistency is key for such a diverse range of media.
I oversee all design in-and-outs of our Marketing department, making sure that all artwork is correct, on brand and within schedule / on budget. I manage product photography, campaign photography and photo retouching. I create photorealistic imagery that is used in all forms of advertising.

I managed and filtered my team’s workflow as well as organising and prioritising our workloads, this helped the team to maximise our productivity. I managed our customer accounts and all aspects of stakeholder management. I also invoiced our clients for all completed work and was the point of contact for all customer liaisons.
