    Since Jan 2019, I have been leading the RBQ (Rating Based Quantity) Project for KOTON’s all sub brands&categories. I have designed and created new algortym and process to decide the right option order quantity for the right store cluster and the right depth for the first allocation and replenishment.     Since Feb 2018, I manage the budget, planning and allocation processes of the OLE brands with a team of 14 people consisting of 2 planning&allocation manager, 6 planners and 6 allocators. I manage a sales budget of approximately $ 80 M annually in 260 domestic and 110 abroad in 14 different countries. Maximizing the sales and profit for an ideal product and stock mix, in collaboration with the Head of Buying. Displaying and delivering strong leadership skills and a results focused approach. Being a role model for my team and demonstrating professionalism in my role and across the business. Develop the Merchandising strategy. Work with the management team to build the seasonal plans, develop detailed sales, stock, intake, mark-down and margin plans. Partner with the Head of Buying to understand the market and develop methods and opportunities to drive sales and profit. Work with Buying and Design to support the building of a balanced range plan. Take accountability for delivering a balanced and considered range against planned financials. Accountable for option management within sales and space parameters. Ensuring a good balance between width and depth of options and volumes to potentialise sales. Measure performance against plans and historical data. Adapt and trade plans in season. Work to minimise risk and maximize trading opportunities, managing OTB appropriately. Analyse trading patterns, challenge and advise teams to ensure appropriate action is taken. Identify promotional opportunities and manage the process. Accountable for markdown modelling and managing levels of markdown in order to deliver the most profitable outcome. Work within merchandising as well as across the business to continuously develop best practice working (process and systems). With the Senior Management Team, define and communicate a clear vision of the future – translate into understandable goals and targets. Develop the skills of the team – identify individual training needs as well as encourage effective teamwork;
