My role at Nike as a guest ambassador consisted of many different duties. However, my main position was meeting, greeting, and talking to guests/athletes at all levels of seniority. I was the first person they met so presentation up front was absolute key. Alongside meet and greet I was also responsible for;
- recording accurate financial and expense spreadsheets
- organising taxis and couriers
- providing additional support to management and EA's to the Vice President
- adhere to the office security procedures and regulations
- project management for different events i.e. organising Yoga on the London Eye for employees, organising dinner for 80+ guests.
- daily walk arounds to report any maintenance or cleaning issues
- booking meeting rooms and tailoring each room accordingly
- acted as a runner for any larger meetings and events on/off site

- Liaising with hiring managers, national account managers and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
- Candidate sourcing: sourcing and placing candidates in suitable roles.
- Compliance – ensuring that candidates are fully compliant and signed off in accordance to guidelines set in government frameworks. Meeting contractual requirements including thorough reference and government checks.

During my time at Walworth Academy, I was nominated for an award for my determination, resilience and my contribution to the emotional wellbeing and mental health of my peers. I was short listed with two other finalists and ultimately, I was awarded first place. This award was presented to me by the Patron of Place2Be, Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge.
