      • -Streamlined project procedures and communication structures internally for higher efficiency and clarity. This allowed the team to mitigate time spent on projects with lower priority by delegating planning and installations to external resources, and focus on projects with much greater ROI. -Built a database for bespoke displays from scratch, providing the company a tool to run analysis on display performance which would then be used to develop retail and sales strategies. -Solely managed retail design projects, scales varying from a small in-store counter to a large concession, ensuring all stages of projects are completed in the most efficient and cost effective way. -Key project management responsibilities include client management, design development, procurement, scheduling, supplier and production management, budget management, and installation supervision. -Managerial responsibility for annual Retail&Exhibition division budget of over £100k. Forecast monthly spending based on Marketing calendar and track all expenditure to ensure projects are on budget. -Created comprehensive visual merchandising guidelines for distributers and retailers. Close relationship with Sales Managers ensured that the guidelines are understood thoroughly and adhered to. -Designed and developed a flat-packed POD which aimed at a quick worldwide roll out of cohesive retail displays. Managed key communications with the factories in China along with the Senior  Product Manager to ensure the units comply with regional and international regulations. -Established relationships with new suppliers and contractors while maintaining good relationships with existing partners. ——— -Key responsibilities include: identifying client expectations and spatial limitations, visually communicating to and directing both internal and external parties, procurement, budgeting, production team management and supervising the deliveries.

      • -Managed a large scale experiential marketing campaign for Kerry Foods, which saw activations in 10 different locations with tens of thousands of visitors. -Lead the project to completion on budget and achieved the result surpassing the interaction target by 35%. -Created the staff handbook and coached the team on/off-site to ensure consistency visually and operationally. -Responsibility to manage the project budget of over £170k covering every facet of the project from material sourcing, staffing, venues, logistics and external supplier fees. -Procurement of over 200 items and props, coordinating external designers for bespoke branded items, printed and digital marketing collateral. This project’s procurement also involved researching and securing prep kitchens which proved to be a challenge, however, I managed to find and secure the best possible options well in advance. -Planned and executed smooth logistics throughout the project. Due to the nature of the project involving public food sampling, highest level of attention to detail in planning was required. This meant that all hygiene standard must be complied with and all food must be prepared, handled and transported correctly with records kept. ——— -Responsibilities include: procurement, logistics, scheduling, team management, budget management and supervising each activation.
