-Managed a large scale experiential marketing campaign for Kerry Foods, which saw activations in 10 different locations with tens of thousands of visitors. -Lead the project to completion on budget and achieved the result surpassing the interaction target by 35%. -Created the staff handbook and coached the team on/off-site to ensure consistency visually and operationally. -Responsibility to manage the project budget of over £170k covering every facet of the project from material sourcing, staffing, venues, logistics and external supplier fees. -Procurement of over 200 items and props, coordinating external designers for bespoke branded items, printed and digital marketing collateral. I was responsible for every stage of the project from design development and planing to procurement, on-site build supervision and visual merchandising. -Delivered many retail, cafe and office opening projects without delays. Locations vary from Tokyo and Hong Kong to Istanbul, London and New York. -Working with the London Cafe Manager, planned, proposed and delivered interior renovation projects at the London Cafe to increase the seating capacity and improve operation efficiency. All phases completed on budget and on time, and the average daily sales trebled within 2 years as result. -Lead the first Maison et Objet participation to success, with the direct sales surpassing the target by over 90%. I lead the participation 6 times consecutively for 3 years with sales increasing each time. -Lead a pop-up store opening project in northern Italy to success. The project was in collaboration with Monocle Cafe and an external clothing company Trunk, to create a retail space combined with a coffee stand as well as an art gallery.
