Half of a integrated senior creative team, with Carolyn Stone. We have 11 years experience together. Since 2003, we’ve been on a journey of discovery, spanning a variety of different agencies, clients and briefs, to understand the meaning of what we do and the difference we can make. So, what’s the answer? Love.
We love what we do and do what we love. It’s our greatest strength. It means we’re passionate, fearless and dedicated. Our work is as important to us as sleeping. Good is never good enough. We don’t get out of bed for less than great. This attitude is the magic between skill and knowledge, that which elevates OK to OMG.

Roles & responsibilities as an fully integrated conceptual Art Director, Creative Director and Head of Art include:
TEAM, MANAGEMENT & PROCESS
- Managing a team of 9 talented individuals (Art Directors, On & Offline designers, Artworkers)
- Helping them develop their skillsets and career progress.
- Sourcing and hiring great talent (and freelancers) for our creative department
- Key player in improving the creative process with Creative Service Director by implementing new tools and suite of briefing templates
- On the Creative Board for Momentum UK
- Management courses: SMART Objectives, People & Discovery, Business Acumen, Situational Leadership
ACCOUNTS
- Creatively responsible and helping to grow 3 brand groups, working closely with the respective account leads:
ABInBev (Stella Artois, Budweiser, Leffe) | William Grant & Sons (Balvenie, Monkey Shoulder) | Nestle (Rowntrees, Randoms, After Eight)
- Client facing and in some cases point-of-contact
PITCHES
- Creatively leading and logistically co-ordinating pitches and pitch teams
- Retaining the highest of creative quality on pitch decks
- Developing and in some cases initiating creative strategy
- Presenting both locally and overseas

- On the Global Executive Leadership Team for Creative & Product
- Responsible for the Momentum UK brand look & feel

- Driving internal initiatives.
