About me
TEXT MUSEUM — is a traveling pop-up gallery and online platform for contemporary art. We collaborate with art institutions, galleries, and cultural venues worldwide to explore and collide international art scenes and create dialogues between artists and local audience. We discover, produce and support selected perspective emerging artists and photographers through arranging their museum-quality solo and group exhibitions, artist talks, and sales. Our main focus is on fresh independent artistic expressions and methods, any publicistic or exclusively intellectual concepts are blurred for us. We value artistic courage and candor. We show offline, sell online, and live in love.

Endless WeekendTEXT MUSEUM is proud to announce its first traveling exhibition. The project Endless Weekend was created by Arnold Veber and was firstly exhibited during the Helsingborg Art Week. For this exhibition Veber has created an 8-channel round video panorama that was shown in augmented reality (AR) in a special round construction made from broken mirrors. In this work, artist shows life circles of local youth that are endlessly looped around weekends. Exhausted, happy or broken after nights spent in clubs or home parties young people are shown on their morning homeward ways that they repeat like the only mantra over and over again. Arnold Veber works with ideas of the contemporary social stratification, in which a lot of young people stuck, trying to find their own ways. In this context Endless Weekend reflects the principles that were built in August Sander's People of the 20th Century, where the contemporary typology was formed from the puzzles of each intimate story. To cut the distance of the immersion, the augmented reality based application was chosen as a medium, so each visitor could explore the installation privately, with the most intimate window to the world nowadays – through smartphone. The video has no starting-ending point, so the physical presence of the endless round mirror construction completes the loop and the idea of the project.
