    I have thrived working on one of the biggest betting brands in Europe; Betfair. It’s been fast-paced and I’ve enjoyed every second. I was firstly involved in building out their new brand personality and brand house to position them as the destination for the smarter bettor. This was quite a challenge due to the ‘lads culture’ stereotype that surrounds the betting industry, but one I welcomed with open arms. I then worked on delivering a radio campaign for their Casino product, which was loved so much they proceeded to roll it out in their other channels (TV and digital). In addition to Betfair, I was working very closely with our CEO and Planning Director on Gulf Oil, to redefine and establish a clearer customer value proposition across all markets. Their aim is to anchor all their communications and sponsorship activation back to their brand essence, which to date, has been lacking. It’s been a joy to work on this project so far and have relished in overcoming the challenges that new brand work brings. My team leadership skills have been reasonably exercised to a degree pre COVID-19; managing and supporting a junior member of the agency across both accounts.

    Managing a portfolio of several high profile, full service accounts including Australia’s largest independent oil and gas company, Woodside, I worked with clients from initial brand development and strategy, through to campaign and digital ideation, execution, ongoing management, and reporting. I managed the launch of Woodside's 'Stronger Communities' campaign, focussed on bringing awareness to the public of their active role in creating a more sustainable future, which included a mixture of digital and traditional advertising. A client that I was very fortunate to manage in my final year included Mentored, a digital initiative designed to empower and grow Australian small businesses, headed up by Mark Bouris a well-known Australian businessman. Mentored includes three separate business divisions all with their own identity, website and marketing strategy; and social media accounts, including Mark Bouris’s.
