I am an engaging and commercially astute individual with more than 16 years’ experience working within the marketing and advertising industry. I started my own company – Onstory – 5 years ago to enable clients to reach their marketing objectives through a consultative, 360° approach. I place a strong emphasis on measuring marketing performance to ensure activity is at its most effective, whilst providing motivational leadership to teams.
Throughout my career, I have worked in traditional advertising and brand development, specialising in digital. I have proven success with significant ROI improvements for my clients, as well as determining long-term strategies. I have a growth-focused mindset, continuously propelling opportunities to increase potential through both external and internal avenues.
I always strive to add to my professional offering through personal pursuits. Examples of these would include working with a 1-2-1 Executive Leadership Mentor and Coach, acting as Guest Lecture for X4M Music Business School, studying human behaviour and how this can be applied to working relationships. I have a real passion for music - how this can connect with our brains on an emotional level and how brands can add this psychology to their armoury of weapons.
Academically, I hold an MA in Marketing (Merit) from Kingston Business School and I am fluent in Italian and French.
