With more than a decade of entertainment and music industry experience, Karma Bertelsen is an award-winning marketeer who has worked with some of the world's biggest and most exciting new talent.
From Ed Sheeran, Craig David, and Red Hot Chili Peppers to Phoebe Bridgers, Freya Ridings, The 1975, and Kae Tempest, Bertelsen has produced pioneering, chart-topping, and acclaimed music campaigns, while also working with household names across comedy, literature, and sport, such as Amy Schumer, Jon Ronson, Sir Bradley Wiggins and Nitro Circus.
With a truly 360 holistic understanding of the music sector, Bertelsen has worked across publishing, licensing, and royalties to live, label and distribution, giving her an extensive and unique understanding of audiences, artists, and the wider music industry. In her role as Audience Insights Manager at FUGA, one of the world's most innovative and forward-thinking music companies, Bertelsen continues to drive change in the way that audiences are understood and how labels and their artists engage with fans.
Bertelsen is an active advocate for diversity in music and her work has seen her inducted into the Music Week Women in Music Awards Roll of Honour and SheSaidSo’s Alternative Power List. She also volunteers her time with Safe Gigs for Women.
