● Accessories: took charge of the accessories departments across the store. My tasks would be rematch accessories, running the stockroom, reviewing sales figures on a weekly basis and advising the store manager, DM, and VM of the performance as well as coming up with new and fresh ideas of how the store can be improved through accessories. This was all tracked through weekly reports, then making recommendations and taking action to forecast performance and prevent loss where needed.
