I worked in a reception based role whilst living in New Zealand as part of a year spent travelling. My responsibilities included assisting the public over the phone and in-person, organising staff calendars and preparing for large conferences and internal meetings. I would also print and prepare ministerial packs, ensure accurate delivery of company-wide post and raise purchase orders for catering.
