As the first ever brand manager for this scale-up travel company, I was responsible for defining and implementing a new, purpose-led brand positioning. I managed the internal rollout to 300+ employees, and developed the strategic roadmap designed to increase brand awareness across 11 European markets.
Led various creative and commercial initiatives, including the introduction of a year-round marketing campaign calendar and producing a brand book, brand story and manifesto (managing external agencies).
