Role Models is one of Europe’s leading podcast and event platforms sharing the careers and personal learnings the world’s most successful women. Our Berlin-based monthly events host top politicians, social activists and celebrities. Our English-speaking podcast has interviewed Hollywood actresses, leading tech figures from Facebook, Netflix & TED and some of the world’s most influential and well regarded entrepreneurs. In my senior editorial role I select guests, design interviews and work on post-production activities to get the podcasts online. I have also built out the content to include monthly blog posts with lessons and learnings from our guests, articles on partner publications such as #Girlboss and a monthly newsletter sharing key insights with Role Models’ international audience. Key milestones: 200,000 downloads on iTunes, Spotify and Soundcloud, Top 50 podcasts on German Spotify, Top 30 podcasts iTunes Germany, part of Lufthansa’s onboard flight entertainment, extensive European and international reach.
