- Brasserie Blanc RebrandThe rebrand of the UK restaurant chain, Brasserie Blanc. To appeal to a younger demographic and changes of dining behavior, we stripped off 'the table cloths' and deformalised the brand by reconnecting with it's roots of French home cooking. All desisions were made with sinceritiy and functionality and heart to create an experience that would invite you in time and time again.
