• Independent management of Kingston store, with an annual revenue of £4.8m and sales achievements at 130% YOY
• Management, recruitment and training of a team of 30 staff and assistant managers
• Analysing customer and sales trends to understand the customer psyche and what is desired by our customers at any given moment
• Creating a 6 month marketing and communication plan for the store and the UK business as a whole, including product campaign and brand awareness strategies
• Liaising with head office to initiate in-store marketing and sales initiatives
• Collaborating with E-commerce department to launch new in-store initiatives to increase sales and further drive foot flow into store
• Ensuring the best possible customer experience in store to maximise sales
• Inventory management of £900k worth of stock
