Senior Account Manager
My position as a senior account manager for Hilton Hotels & Resorts requires a dedicated client focus, working directly with local, regional and global clients across the EMEA region. Strong organizational skills allowing me to manage a number of projects simultaneously and efficiently.
My role involves:
- Managing translation, print, OOH and digital projects across 100+ hotels in the EMEA region as part of the global rebrand
- Working directly with local, regional and global clients across a range of media
- Coordinating global media schedules for campaigns across 3 brands
- Analysis of all central briefs and individual client projects
- Managing individual time lines of a variety of high profile clients
- Supervising budget control and administration
- Ensuring projects are kept on target, on brand and delivered on or before deadline dates
- Consultation with local markets
- Proofing, editing and selecting imagery for national campaigns
- Coordinating ad-hoc design projects from conception to production to delivery
- Create and manage complex cost estimates
- Liaise with clients, designers, developers, printers, creative agencies, media agencies and press
- Report on creative campaigns and statistical evaluation of marketing tools
