Positive, driven and honest. I am passionate about creative industries, learning and skill sharing. I love being challenged, both professionally and personally. I keep up to date with current affairs and thoroughly enjoy debate and research. In my spare time I listen to music, read and develop my personal practice in my studio.
Communication and creativity is where I excel. I have found both communications and creativity skills transferable to all job roles, making me an ideal candidate for the needs of a quick paced, demanding roll that requires flexibility and problem solving. I am able to hit the ground running, pick up skills that are required immediately and adapt efficiently to my position, focus my attentions and prioritise my workloads. I have also been able to continue my personal practice parallel to my career, meaning that these skills are in constant use and development.
I’m a loyal employee, honest and hard working. I’m a very dedicated individual and I pride myself on my practicality and rational, my organisational skills and my determination. I am naturally inquisitive, a positive thinker and creative facilitator.
I enjoy being challenged and find that I am confident when tasked with taking on extra responsibilities for others and myself. I always contribute in a team and happily take on the role of leader, as well as allow others to take charge and give criticisms. I also work equally well alone on self-initiated briefs, projects and assignments. I am bilingual and speak fluent English and Welsh. As well as this I am able to use both PC & Mac operating systems, MS Office and have a good working knowledge of the Adobe Suite. (CS6).
I have written for up and coming magazines to academic journals and am able to adapt my style of writing from formal academia to more informal blog commentaries, discursive and topical magazine articles as well as press releases and SEO copy for online use.
I am a proficient marketeer and creative, a successful illustrator and designer and I am highly motivated to refine and redefine my knowledge and skills in order to accomplish my goals.
