Directed a team of three alongside external PR agencies to achieve significant coverage within the UK for global communication campaigns. Responsible for the development and execution of large-scale events including press days, internal events, senior director visits and seasonal influencer events.
• Gigi Hadid Personal Appearance: Worked in partnership with the Marketing manager to deliver a high scale personal appearance. Responsible for security for both the event and for talent, securing coverage of the event, media partnerships, suppliers for food and onsite consumer entertainment and main point of contact with event build team. Managed event timelines, status updates, budget and teams both on and off site.
• London Fashion Week ‘TOMMYNOW’ Show: Managing an extended UK PR team to manage guestlist, seating, influencer strategy and attendance, VIP strategy and attendance, internal post event parties, ensuring coverage of the show and following up directly following the event, ensuring global teams had office space, transport and catering for the duration of their time in the UK office.
