About me

​K.A. Unfug (Kate/Lee, They/Them) is an artist from Northern Colorado who studied at San Francisco Art Institute. They are primarily a Painter and Printmaker, but they are exploring collage and fiber arts including dying and weaving. They are currently studying for their BFA, with plans for further education. Artist Statement: "Striving to find and create the moments where you forget everything but what you're experiencing right then and there. Humans are endlessly fascinating to me." ​​Kate is also a Barista, loves gardening and their cat, Gigi, and loves all kinds of music, with a special place for classical music (and The Beatles) as they grew up with classical flutists as a parents. They currently reside in Fort Collins.
