Ecommerce Performance Marketing Assistant
o Experience across all channels, including PPC & Search, Affiliates, Email and CRM, Social, Content and Campaigns creation -reporting to the Performance Marketing Director
o Daily monitoring and reporting across all EU territories and our three webstores
o Brainstorming new campaign ideas to increase engagement and conversion, inclusive of A/B test campaigns and usage of specialist marketing software to aid reporting
o Daily liaising with our affiliate agency and PPC agency tracking, monitoring and analysis performance
o Close working relationship with Google, attending and inputting into meetings including the forward planning of Christmas, along with a new retargeting plan being put in place
o Managing and creation of the marketing calendar for the entire Ecommerce team
o Creating new and initiative ways of reporting on all our channels via dashboards in order to report to senior management and our New York office on each marketing division
