Worked closely with the Visual Arts and Music producers and assistant producers on projects/programmes including research and development stages and creating original material (teacher resources, marketing design) as part of the programme. Assisted other Creative Learning projects, programmes and festivals, providing support for these events e.g. OpenFest, Too Young For What?, Young Barbican Private View, Barbican Box, Big Barbican Workshop. Liaising with artists/companies/mentors/teachers in aiding the coordination of projects. Providing administrative support for the department including: Overseeing project budgets, maintained financial systems including purchase orders, invoices and timesheets using CBIS, drafting contracts for artists/companies for projects, administrated expense claims for the department, booked rooms using Artifax,data inputting and research.
