Key successes • Leading the communications campaign for exhibition Tunnel: The Archaeology of Crossrail, resulting in the highest numbers of visitors for an exhibition ever at 96,500. The target was 40,000. • Creating integrated communications campaigns for family festivals. Visitor targets were set at 1,500. Each family festival exceeded that, with the most successful having over 5,000 people across the weekend. Responsibilities • Devising and delivering integrated communications campaigns across paid-for marketing, enews, PR and partnerships. • Lead on PR campaigns for major exhibitions and events. • Plan and book paid-for print and digital marketing campaigns with our media agency AKA. • Write enewsletters and send via Dotmailer. • Edit and manage the Museum of London Docklands webpage via the CMS by uploading and approving events and creating exhibition pages. • Brief design teams to create advertising assets and onsite signage. • Form brand partnerships with local business and transport links. • Feed in to content on our social channels.
