About me
I'm a London-based journalist, author, content director, and trends (insights & innovations) specialist with extensive experience within the fashion, retail and design industries.
My last 15 years have been spent traversing the worlds of visual merchandising and store design for Habitat and Liberty; brand consultancy and project management at Yellowdoor, fashion production at Harpers Bazaar UK and editorial adventures for Dazed & Confused, The Times, Esquire, Glass, Vogue, Luxure, Hole & Corner, 125, Kilgour (The Culture Essays) and VOLT.
I'm also the global Head of Retail (Trends, Insights & Innovations) at Stylus Media Group – a leading research & advisory agency that provides strategic design intelligence and forecasting services to companies worldwide; an inaugural member of London College of Fashion’s digital anthropology laboratory think-tank; and a regular contributor to award-winning fashion website SHOWstudio.com.
I've also published two books, Stylists: New Fashion Visionaries (March 2012) and, most recently, Fashion & Music: Fashion Creatives Shaping Pop Culture (August 2016).
