In my current role at Newsweek I am supporting the events team build out and deliver global conferences that are in keeping with the brand and wider current affairs. Initially taken on to support on the Time Out Love City Awards 2016 a global, multi-channel campaign championing local businesses across six cities. This role has transformed into supporting across the entire marketing department, B2B, B2C the commercial and editorial teams when required. Key achievements: - Love City Awards Programmed 2016 campaign run successfully; with 156% of target on new user accounts and over 30,000 (151% of target) pieces of user generated content created throughout the campaign - Completed two B2B videos for global commercial teams - Producing sales collateral used for successful lead generation - Delivered post campaign analysis for Love City and Time Out Black providing insights and learnings to carry forward Key responsibilities: - Email building, segmentation and deployment and the production of sales collateral for B2B campaigns - Commercial copy writing and marketing including print adverts, post-campaign evaluation and insights - PR support including monthly reporting and press release copy writing and editing - Competitions, branding and partnership support, running competitions in alignment with our brand and collecting opt-in data as well as supporting partnership commitments across the business - Event planning, support and execution for Love City and Time Out Black launch
