After graduation, I joined Gallery Six (a free studio space for first year graduates in the heart of The Old Truman Brewery, East London in exchange for industry briefs).
It was my last month at the studio and a few of us from Gallery Six came up with the idea of creating a magazine that focuses on the current climate of creative graduates. Exposing them to industry professionals and agencies in hopes that they can kickstart their creative career without doing unpaid work or low paid internships.
Bricoleur Mag successful launched in mid June during Free Range week (The biggest art and design graduate exhibition in the UK).
My role in magazine is project management, making sure deadlines are met, organising the team, and constantly networking with potential clients for ongoing projects, interviews, features for the next issue of Bricoleur.
