- Currently working as an Events Assistant at The Social Kitchen, helping to research, source and plan corporate events. Some of their clients include: Bumble and Bumble, Fendi, River Island and Vogue.
- Help arrange everything that is required for each event, with the main job being to create and set up an inspiring tablescape (which The Social Kitchen are known for!).
- Assist at shoots – touching on visual merchandising.
- Interact with influencers, editors, bloggers and many other important people at each event.
- Working as an Events Assistant has allowed me to develop my communication skills, as well as team work – two very important assets when organising events. It also enabled me to express my creativity through table dressings.

- Write and pitch press alerts/releases and feature ideas by phone and email to national and regional journalists, across print and online, to interest them in covering our clients’ products
- Monitor media coverage daily and deliver monthly analytics on press and social media, reporting on circulation, and following and engagement for influencers
- Brainstorm fresh ideas for PR campaigns, both for social and print
- Create content for clients’ social media accounts – this is done through sending products to relevant Influencers and celebrities, creating user-generated content, as well as styling and attending product photoshoots
- Work alongside the clients' social media agency to determine the social strategy
- Develop relationships with key media, including journalists and influencers, attending several meetings on a monthly basis
- Support new business pitches by collating, designing and presenting a PR and Social Campaign
- Organise themed Press events on behalf of clients, including creating and managing guest lists, as well as helping set up and running the event
