- EntFestOn 28th June 2019, 1200+ students, business leaders and entrepreneurs from across the country came together to champion enterprise at the Peter Jones Foundation's second annual EntFest. The festival is the manifestation of a bigger movement to put entrepreneurship at heart of our communities and culture.

Set-up by Peter Jones CBE in 2005, The Peter Jones Foundation aims to empower the next generation of business leaders through funding, mentorship and practical business support. We champion overlooked entrepreneurs and support founders from idea generation to scale-up stage.
• Senior stakeholder management, including writing and editing Peter Jones CBE's personal campaigns, briefings, speeches and supporting with media presence in all areas concerning youth entrepreneurship.
• Strategic lead of the Peter Jones Foundation's Marketing & Growth plans for 'paid for' products and programmes, responsible for expanding international presence.
• End-to-End management of the Annual Report, including copy-writing, production and design.
• Responsible for building key partnerships with organisations & individual entrepreneurs such as NatWest and Sage to secure corporate funding and in-kind opportunities for young entrepreneurs (eg. mentoring, accelerator places, practical business support). Working closely with corporate partners to support their philanthropic comms strategy and internal engagement activities.
• Conceived and launched a new direct digital delivery, connecting emerging and established entrepreneurs and developing a programme designed to help start-ups scale their businesses. Produced and hosted Townhalls, live-pitching events, interactive business masterclass and thought leadership panels.
• Co-lead the PJF annual celebration of entrepreneurship, EntFest, and saw 80% increase in YoY attendance. Secured live TV attendance (Sky), news coverage (Forbes) and ran over 30 talks, workshops and live pitching events.
• Agency lead for Design, Video, Photography, PR and Campaigning activity.
Global Account ManagerWPP

Leveraging WPP's best capability to grow and win integrated client business.
• Strategic lead of the WPP Global Client Teams Communciations, including webinars, news and the launch of a podcast series for an audience of 1000+ Global CEOs, Client Leads and clients.
• Developed key growth strategies for WPP's 50 biggest client teams based on annual business plans and market trends - aligning the right capabilities with business challenges.
• Set-up the process for successfully inducting new client teams, sharing best practice and helping to facilitate flexible, collaborative ways of working.
• Created the Global Client Leaders Toolkit, working with agencies across to world to gather the best case studies and examples of best practice into a simple, tagged and searchable library.
• Supported on New Biz initiatives including global pitches, promotional case studies and redefining the Global Client Team model to create a simpler, more compelling, and cohesive narrative.
• Managed production of industry events and internal conferences, including a secondment onto WPP Team P&G for the Madrid Conference, Townhalls and Client Teams at Cannes. Responsibilities included: agenda formation and speaker organisation, creation of complementary apps and collateral materials, creation of conference presentations, management of external suppliers and budget.
