Projects range from bespoke builds to global roll-outs and multiple projects often run simultaneously, creating a varied role that requires impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to budget and time management. A wide knowledge of design, materials and fabrication is needed and a can-do attitude and problem solving skills go a long way.

Responsible for all visual aspects across several stores on the area. Coaches team members and delegates effectively to implement creative projects in lieu of in store visual teams. Worked alongside operational district managers to ensure stores on the area met brand
guidelines and met commercial targets. An autonomous role that had to prioritise and schedule store visits based on individual store needs and company focuses. Used store walk- throughs and commercial analysis to provide constructive feedback and challenge the retail space. Managed several large projects during time in this role including leading several European store openings as well as planning and executing store re-fits on the area. Creates VM communication for the company and takes an active role in model store set-up and guidelines.
