A learning platform to make it that wee bit easier and more equitable for creators to break ground in their creative careers.
My roles, responsibilities and achievements:
- Delivery of over 100 classes to learners at over 30 different organisations and establishments including UAL, Manchester Metropolitan University, The Roundhouse & A New Direction.
- Named as one of The Dots 100 Rising Stars Inspiring Change in 2022
- Developing and building learning content for over 3500 students and learners.
- Considering various learning styles, neurodivergence and accessibility to inform and diversify teaching methods.
- Delivering value-packed classes & workshops in a lively and engaging way.
- Conducting user research to identify pain points and provide solution-based lessons & content.
- Designing and creating over 300 learning resources (e-books, templates, videos, presentations, classes, spreadsheets)
- Regularly collaborating & communicating with programme leads, managers and numerous members of staff across departments.
- Web Design - taking care of all website production and ensuring everything is kept up-to-date, accessible and user-friendly.
- Curated and created branded learning resources and content for external organisations from strategy through to implementation.
- Development of a directory showcasing the work of over 350 freelancers from over 35 countries.
- Providing 1-1 consultations, mentorship and work reviews complete with tasks, feedback and assessments to aid development.
