    Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, in this role I am responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands by expertly bringing marketing campaigns to life from ideation to implementation in parallel to strategising the launch of new brands into the UK market. My Areas of responsibility are: Brand Strategy: I devise and present compelling, creative and customer-orientated communication campaigns to the board of directors for approval, and thereafter coordinate with Sales, VM, Training, Digital and PR teams to ensure their seamless execution and delivery. Market Research/Financial Targets: I utilise NPD reports, competitor analysis and market insights to inform pricing strategies and benchmark wholesale, retail and purchase targets for new brand launches. Merchandising: I provide strategy and direction to the visual merchandising team on developing eye-catching product displays, tester stands, in-store activations and POS, while continually ensuring merchandising codes are consistently applied across all retailers to enable a seamless end-to-end customer experience/journey. Communications: I carefully align PR activations with the overall brand strategy and objectives in conjunction with PR teams, and proactively review influencer campaigns and KPIs to optimise for future programs. Trade Activity: I periodically develop and execute annual trade activity with assigned brand retailers and confidently present trade activity and new launches to retailers at bi-annual strategy meetings. Budget Management: I develop and accurately manage the annual budget for assigned brands, promptly reporting any variances in actual versus spend to the Group Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. KPI Reporting: I regularly review and report KPIs on all marketing activities to both client companies and internal teams, and adapt clients’ marketing strategy accordingly to optimise investment and deliver on targets.
