Operations lead for content management for key client, Unilever. I currently manage 8 content experts in London.
• Responsible for the management of a global content management system and supported global websites
• Leading a team of 18 content editors and web producers across 3 global hubs (EMEA, APAC and AMERICAS)
• Drive user adoption and optimise asset re-use
• Engage with brands and create on-boarding strategy and roadmap
• Report and present stats to senior stakeholders
• Drive integration and problem solve with senior marketing and IT stakeholders
• Support site development and supporting client’s global rebranding projects
• Identifying organic and incremental growth opportunities and participate in action plans with Business Director at ICP

• Generating reports and managing progress to meet the business’s KPI’s.
Providing support to Business Director on other accounts when required
• Recruiting for new roles as the business grows
• Working closely with the advertising team to execute global and regional digital and press ad campaigns
