Kelly Oozageer is an Independent Fashion Designer with veriest interest of Fashion, illustration and art.
Kelly not only create's a wide range of imagery through traditional sketches but also with a combination of digital fashion illustrations but designing from her cultural background, using gender fluid garments, hand made fabric printing, natural fibres and up-cycling.
