About me

I am a graduate of the BA(Hons) Illustration & Visual Media degree from the University of the Arts London with First Class Honours. I am a part-time Studio Assistant / Screen Printing Technician for the International School of Creative Arts (ISCA). In my own time, I continue my practice as an illustrator and printmaker. I am also currently working on my own brand and products as a means for extra income. I enjoy creating narratives and visual concepts in my practice as a printmaker and digital illustrator, and continue to find ways of combining the two mediums as I feel it challenges me in how I create imagery and design. Relevant work experiences I have made is illustrating and branding my designs themed on this current Chinese New Year’s Tiger Year, and I have designed a personalised print commissioned by the Board of Governors for the International School of Creative Arts. I was also shortlisted for the Victor Watson Prize 2021.

  Places I've BeenGraduating from university in 2021, I wanted to create a series of work that marked a reflective and turning point of my time living in London. I noted that there were three places that I often went to, which were Highbury & Islington, Elephant & Castle, and Brentford. As these work reflect on my past, I designed the layout in a way that I am looking through a window of a moment in time, illustrating the landmarks and buildings that I always observed and noticed on my routes.

It was a Summer programme Hosted by ISCA during the Summer months of June and July. I worked as a studio assistant, helping the tutors with their workshops and other activities such as arranged trips to London. I also took care of the students wellbeing as the students boarded on campus while in the Summer programme.
