    Responsible for answering all office calls. Taking all queries and messages. First point of contact for families introducing our department and service, organising first initial visits with family support workers. Confidently selling our service to new families. detailing what support our service offers. Manage daily case alerts organising and accomplishing daily goals, ensuring new families are confident in our service and what we offer. Coordinate weekly 'team around the family' meetings with new families, family support workers and other external working professionals who are working with the family. booking appropriate venues, ensuring location is safe for the family. Responsible in building working relationships with schools, children centres, community drop ins to enable better communication between all professional fields. Handling sensitive, confidential documents on a daily basis. Achieved and provided induction folders for all new staff with all relevant and important information with process and policies they must complete. Usage of SAP for creating all invoices, enquiring overdue payments or complications. Organising training and staff events across the service including the induction process for new staff. Responsible in ensuring deadlines are met. General administration support to the head of service including drafting letters, photocopying, faxing, distribution mail ensuring stationary is ordered and available to staff and liaising with other agencies. Making and taking telephone calls, attending meetings and taking minutes as required. Uploading data and where necessary running reports at the request of managers within the service. Assisting with complaints monitoring process. Coordinating responses on behalf of the head of service.
