Direct, co-ordinate and plan essential central services such as cleaning, maintenance, stationary, waste disposal, recycling etc.
Manage the staff in our Cardiff and Dublin office- managing holidays on our HR system, completing health and safety for the staff, organising social and wellbeing for the office and keeping up to date with any equipment needs such as laptops etc.
Pro-actively supervise maintenance, repair and improvement of facilities equipment.
Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
Ensure the building meets health and safety requirements and updating policies.
Manage runners and work experience placements-managing hours for the runners, overseeing day to day tasks and carrying out one to ones.
Co-ordinate new starter set up with IT.
Organise inductions with new starters.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff as well as suppliers including the landlord and contractors.
Organise the summer and Christmas parties as well as the office social events
First aider for the office.
Monthly credit card statement reconciliation for the office credit card and managing office budget.
Organisie the company mobile phone contracts.
Ad-hoc PA duties with the 2 CEO’s when needed such as diary management, booking travel (international and UK based), organizing and preparing documents for meetings, screening phone calls and emails.
