A recent graduate of Trinity College Dublin, with a 2:1 honours degree in history, I have utilised the organisational, research and analytical skills developed at university while handling multiple duties interning at the U.S. Embassy in Dublin. Having heightened my administrative, communications and event-support skills I am looking to progress my career in London, to challenge myself and develop new skills with similarly enthusiastic and driven individuals.
- Interned directly in contact with Ambassador Kevin O'Malley w/ biweekly meetings. - Independently managed a research project on Deerfield House, the residence of the U.S. Ambassador to Ireland — On my own initiative, I researched, planned and drafted material in preparation for a short book to be published, heightening my organisational and communication skills. - Assisted the protocol office in supporting official receptions/ events at the residence, compiling guest lists, submitting security access requests, updating the comprehensive contact database, escorting VIP guests, and providing administrative support. - Organised and archived the Ambassador's records for retirement and personal use.
