nstrumental in strategic development and roll out of designs for ‘re-brands’ across stations and through advertising channels for Thameslink, Great Northern, Southern and Gatwick Express. Led on design development and strategic roll out of graphics for Thameslink Christmas campaign through outdoor, newspaper, 6-sheet, 48-sheet, web graphics, packaging and station collateral to deadline. Artworked Great Northern Christmas campaign across channels as above. Developed HTML5 banners and animated web graphics and movies for internal/external sites and digital outdoor (using Adobe After Effects and Animate - formerly Flash). As part of brand guardianship, heavily advocated, promoted and created templates to increase brand consistency when farming artwork to design agencies. Improved processes: championed and developed a strategic on-line briefing system to successfully reach colleagues across remote offices along rail networks. Managed design in high-pressure environments during the Southern/RMT/ASLEF strike across a range of channels (including press, websites, advertising web-banners, leafleting and posters), often with late developments and changes, employing strategies for management. Developed identities for internal programs and campaigns, followed up with polished, creative, engaging design work to match. Photographed people and environments currently live on Southern and Gatwick Express websites using models on location throughout the rail network, this includes shoot organization and managing post production.
