With my previous song writing and communications experience, I am proficient in creative writing, and how to maximize the amount of traffic the articles see. I also manage the social media for the magazine, interacting with readers and setting up and conducting interviews with prolific people.

As an account manager at ServiceSource, I have been put in the role of managing client accounts, marketing our products to them and growing their existing product base from conception to completion. Over a considerable amount of time, I have consistently managed to grow the value of my pipeline, up-selling and cross-selling in a professional manner at any given opportunity.
• Account Management: My role requires me to contact various businesses that are scoped to me by ServiceSource, and then manage the products they purchase from us, with the primary aim to retain and grow their business with us. Quoting and tendering is also an involvement in this role. In the past year I have maintained at least a 20% over-achievement and account growth quarter on quarter.
• Content Writing: I liaise with project managers and account departments to build relationships, increasing revenue and visibility within the company. I produce content that is fed through various mediums from management through to administration.
• Communications: Designing and distributing internal communications to the international and local sites, informing over 2000 employees of incentives, new company developments and individual shout outs. I currently pull and send out daily excel reports detailing the teams current targets, progression and growth.
• Streamlining Processes: I create process documents for various teams, spearheading the on-boarding process, increasing productivity within each team. This decreased ramp up times for new hires, benefiting team performance and reducing time to competency.
• Project Management: Organizing various incentives, suggesting more effective improvements to business processes, distributed throughout the company on a regional level as well as a team level.
