I am a 2nd Year Fashion Marketing student at the University of Manchester currently searching for an industrial placement within this industry. Through this profile, I aim to display some of my first year coursework, as well as my social media work for university societies and school clubs.

Alongside speaking four languages; English, German, Hindi and Spanish; I also possess many attractive skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, organisation and more. These skills have been developed over the years through an array of extra curricular activities including but not limited to being a Peer-Assisted Study Session Leader at university, Student Council Vice President in high school and even establishing my school's very own Prom Committee. I have also gained invaluable work experience from an internship at the German luxury fashion brand, Herzen's Angelegenheit, and through working as a student ambassador for my university.

It consists of eight fashion boards including trend concept, trend translation, product review, three product amendments for various brands and finally a product amendment justification, for the season Spring/Summer 2022.

German luxury fashion company specialising in lavish knitting yarns such as cashmere and merino wool and feminine silk pieces. I spent my time there shadowing and working under many managers in an array of areas including design, marketing, customer service, PR and packaging, through which I developed some basic Adobe Suite skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I also learned about social media management, the importance of PR packages and how brands use emails to engage customers. One of my main responsibilities at the company was to formulate shipping labels for external companies, giving me the chance to practice my organisational skills as this required sorting through a large amount of Excel spreadsheets and ensuring everything is meticulously completed by the deadlines. I also was granted with the opportunity to arrange clothing in the ‘Fashion Bus’ display, a seasonal campaign the brand runs, which was particularly interesting as it gave me hands on experience working with garments. I then helped with advertisement for said campaign, allowing me to understand how different areas within a company and various stages of business come together.
