Frequent meetings with material representatives developing strong relationships with multiple reps and tanneries across Europe, South America and Asia.Created material library for all brands which includes leather, textiles, pu, trims, hardware, soles and more. Created color library for all brands to identify new colors and standards for each season.Attend material shows in Asia and Europe.Created trend/color/concept boards for brands each season. Review and approve/reject pre-production materials.Source and correct materials while overseas as well as samples.Travel to China four times a year to follow protos, market samples and materials.
