As the primary day-to-day contact on the Discover Puerto Rico account, I am responsible for promoting the destination to the UK trade (B2B) as well as planning and executing consumer marketing activations (B2C) across the international markets that are managed out of the UK hub. Responsibilities within my remit include, but aren’t limited to: building strategic, brand partnerships; rolling out marketing initiatives across target international markets, which include Spain, Germany and Canada; working on integrated campaigns with the PR team; monitoring budgets and KPIs; regularly interacting with the client to ensure that ideas are aligned and activations are approved. I am also an active member of the new business team and regularly work with other clients, including Heritage Hotels and All Nippon Airways.
